Processing Times

All Cairdy Makes products are handmade or made to order. Please allow 3–10 working days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch during busy periods.
Processing times may vary slightly during seasonal launches, holidays or high-demand periods.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Estimated UK delivery times:
Royal Mail Tracked Services: 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Please note:
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
